Shipped Discreetly: How We Protect Your Privacy From Cart to Doorstep

If you have never ordered an adult product online, the hesitation is rarely about the product. It is about the doorbell: who sees the box, what is printed on it, what the courier knows, and what appears on a bank statement three weeks later.

Those are fair questions, and they deserve specific answers rather than a reassuring slogan. So here is our packaging and privacy process, item by item.

What "discreet shipping" actually means

Discreet shipping is a set of concrete choices, not a vibe:

  • the outer packaging is plain and unbranded
  • the shipping label carries no product names
  • the sender name is neutral, not the brand
  • nothing inside announces what the parcel contains
  • the payments descriptor on your statement is unrecognisable to a curious eye

If a store cannot list those five things, "discreet" is decoration.

Our packaging, item by item

The outer box. A plain, unbranded carton or mailer. No logos, no brand colours, no printed product names, no "adult" markings of any kind. It looks like any other parcel left at a front door.

The inner packaging. The product itself is bagged or boxed inside, with any retail packaging enclosed rather than exposed. Products with electronics arrive with their cable and controller together, protected against movement.

The label. Only what the courier legally needs: your address, a return address under a neutral sender name, the tracking number, and a generic customs description. No product titles.

What is not inside. No promotional inserts with our logo on them, no branded stickers on the outside, no marketing flyers that would sit in a shared hallway or a recycling bin for anyone to read.

Customs descriptions. For international parcels we are required to declare the contents, but the wording is kept general and non-descriptive — along the lines of silicone personal massager or personal care item. It says nothing explicit.

What shows up on your bank statement

Your statement will show a neutral payments descriptor — not the product, not the category, not the blog you read before buying.

The one thing worth knowing: you will see a business name, not ours. Many customers do not recognise the descriptor at first and assume the charge is fraudulent. If you are ever unsure, contact us with the order number and we will confirm it within one working day. We would rather answer that question than have you file a chargeback over it.

What the courier sees

The courier sees a parcel, an address, and a generic description. They do not see your order contents, your account history, or what you browsed before you bought.

Who else sees it. Only the delivery partner actually handling the parcel, and only what is needed to deliver it. We do not sell, rent or share customer data, and we do not run "you might also like" emails to addresses that have unsubscribed.

Delivery options for extra discretion

If being at home for the delivery is the awkward part, most orders can go to:

  • a parcel locker or pickup point
  • a work address
  • a neighbour or friend, if you add their name to the address field

Choose the delivery option at checkout, or message us after ordering and we will update the address before dispatch if the parcel has not shipped yet. Written delivery instructions ("leave with the concierge") are fine as long as the carrier supports them.

Returns without the awkwardness

Returns are the second-most-common privacy worry, and the answer is that a return does not require an explanation of what you used it for.

Hygiene rule first: for reasons of hygiene, items that have been used cannot be returned. That is standard across the category and protects every customer.

For unopened items or faulty products:

  1. Message us with your order number — no photographs of yourself, no description of use.
  2. We will send a return label and instructions.
  3. Send it back in the same plain packaging you received. Nobody along the route knows what is inside.
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, under the same neutral descriptor.

Faulty electronics are the common case — a powered toy that will not switch on, a controller that will not charge. Send us a short description of the fault and, where useful, a photo of the toy on a table. That is all we need to troubleshoot or replace it.

What we keep private

  • Order contents, order history and delivery addresses
  • Email enquiries and chat messages
  • No medical information is ever requested. We are a retailer, not a clinic.
  • Payment details are handled by the payment provider; we do not see your full card number

Your side of the equation

A few habits make discretion stronger:

  • Use an email you actually control if you share a device — order confirmations are the most common accidental giveaway.
  • Send to an address you can receive at, rather than one where the parcel may be opened by someone else.
  • Track the delivery so the parcel is not left outside for a day.
  • Keep your order confirmation until the parcel arrives, in case you need to contact us.
  • Recycle the box rather than leaving inner packaging visible, if that matters in your household.

FAQ

Is the packaging really unbranded?

Yes. No brand name, no logos, no product names on the outside, and no insert that identifies what was ordered.

Will the courier know what is inside?

No. They see a plain parcel with a generic contents description, which is all they need for delivery.

What name appears on my bank statement?

A neutral business descriptor, not our product names. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before raising a dispute — we will confirm it.

Can I return something without explaining why I bought it?

Yes. For a fault or an unopened item we need an order number and, at most, a description of the fault. Nothing about your use of the product.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell or rent customer data, and we do not share order contents with anyone who is not involved in delivering your parcel.

The bottom line

What you buy is your business. Our job is to make sure that the only person who knows what is in the box is the person who ordered it — from the moment you check out to the moment you open it.

Questions about a specific delivery? Message us with your order number and we will answer the same day.
